About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mowing Crew Foreman to operate our mowing and lawn maintenance. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily mowing operations and ensure that all outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and quality in every project, helping us deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Mowing, including turf care, trimming, edging, and debris removal to maintain pristine lawns and landscapes.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and operated safely according to company standards.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist with other landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, mulching and general garden maintenance as needed.
- Monitor work quality continuously, providing coaching and feedback to improve team performance and efficiency.
Experiences:
- Strong background in landscaping practices including turf management, gardening, and lawn care.
- Familiarity with construction activities related to outdoor projects and site preparation.
- Hands-on experience with landscape equipment operation and maintenance is essential.
- Prior experience in gardening or horticulture will be considered an asset.
